Wilfrid Ngoma Mboukou Mboukou, Reforms and Accounts Adviser of the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé opened, Tuesday, June 23, 2020, the training workshop on the presentation of the E-TAX system, to 65 agents of the Units of Large and Medium-Sized Enterprises and cashiers. 

Modernizing the Congolese Tax Administration to bring it up to international standards is an important step in the reforms made and those under way in the Ministry of Finance and Budget. It is within this framework that the Directorate of Information Systems (DSI) and the Directorate General of Taxes and Domains (DGID) organized from 22 to 23 June 2020 in Pointe-Noire, a workshop to raise awareness among taxpayers and tax administration staff on the future Tax Management System called E-TAX. This is a prelude to the official launch of this application in the coming days.

Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 June 2020, Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget to the Minister of Finance and BudgetCalixte Nganongo, made his first raid on the Divisional Inspections of Direct and Indirect Contributions and Revenues from State Property Registration and Stamp (EDT) under the Departmental Directorate of Taxes and State Property of Brazzaville.

Opened by Sylvain Lékaka, Director of Cabinet of the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, and closed by Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxes and State Property, the Awareness-raising workshop for the launch of the new Tax Management System (E-TAX), was held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in the conference room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brazzaville.

Madame Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, representing her colleague Calixte Nganongo, in charge of Finance and Budget, opened, Monday 13 January 2020, in Brazzaville (Congo), the Regional Seminar on the establishment of a good governance framework in Customs and Tax Administrations.

The Director General of Taxation and State Property (DGID), Ludovic Itoua, has shown the “will of his Administration to build the foundations of a participatory, close and equitable tax system. In such a system, he said, everyone must pay the tax according to their ability to contribute”. This statement was made on the occasion of the relaunch of the National Tax Legislature Conference (NTLC), the 7^thedition of which was opened, after several years of eclipse, Wednesday 21 August 2019 in Brazzaville, by Hilaire Mavoungou, Budget Advisor and Interim Director of Cabinet of Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo.

The "first contact" meeting  between the new Director General of taxes and state property/Congo-Brazzaville, Ludovic Itoua, and economic oparetors (local and foreign) took place Tuesday 12 March 2019 in the conference room of the AOGC building in Brazzaville.

The new directors general of Customs and Indirect Taxation (DGDDI), Guénolé Mbongo Koumou, and of Taxes and State property, Ludovic Itoua, were installed in their functions, Friday, January 4, 2019, by Henri Loundou, cabinet director, representing Calixte Nganongo, Ministry of Finance. 

A demonstration session of the Electronic Standard Billing (FNE) was chaired, Monday, October 15, 2018 at the Ministry of Finance and Budget, in Brazzaville, by Jean-Marie MONTSAGNA, administrative and legal adviser of Minister Calixte NGANONGO, and in charge of procurement, representing the Director of cabinet of this Ministry. In the presence of Telecommunications and Digital Content Tax adviser, Mopaya ATALI, Project coordinator.
