Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, and Giacomo Durazzo, Ambassador of the European Union in Congo, signed on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in Brazzaville, three Financing Agreements, totalling 25 million Euro, for the implementation of three projects in the fields of digital, professionalization of the Congolese Police and the transversality of the partnership between the two parties. 

On Wednesday 18 May 2022 in Brazzaville, Rigobert Roger Andely, the Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, received in audience the management team of Afriland First Bank (based in Yaoundé-Cameroon), led by Director Adam Madji.

On Tuesday 17 July 2022, a press conference was co-hosted by Nassim Bennani Kabchi, Regional Director for Francophone Africa, and Hugo Paret, Technical Advisor in charge of Validation at the International Secretariat of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), at the Assurances et réassurances du Congo (ARC) building in Brazzaville. The purpose of the conference, which took place at the end of their mission, was to discuss the preparations for the 3^rd Validation of the Congo in the EITI Standard, which is scheduled to take place at the EITI Board meeting in Oslo, Norway, in July 2022. 

Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, and Chairman of the National Committee of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI-Congo), opened the session of the Executive Committee of the National Committee in his office in Brazzaville on Friday 13 May 2022. The meeting was attended by his colleague in charge of Hydrocarbons, Bruno Jean Richard Itoua, Vice-Chair of the EITI National Committee, and the Permanent Secretary of the EITI National Committee, Florent Michel Okoko.

After a two-day seminar, the Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger Andely closed on Friday 13 May 2022 at the Kintele International Conference Centre (northern suburb of Brazzaville), the work of the Regional Conference for the promotion of factoring and financing of receivables in Central Africa.  

Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, representing Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, closed on Friday 6 May 2022, in the multipurpose room of the National Directorate of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), the popularisation and awareness seminar on the laws relating to factoring and leasing in the Republic of Congo.

Thursday, May 5, 2022 in Brazzaville, the Deputy National Director of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), Panzou Bayonne, opened, on behalf of the Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio Rigobert Roger Andely, and in his capacity as Secretary General of the CNEF, the popularization and awareness seminar on the laws relating to Factoring and Leasing in the Republic of Congo.

Lambert Ifoko, Tax Adviser at the Customs Directorate, representing Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, launched on Wednesday 27 April 2022 in Brazzaville, the campaign to popularize the instruction on the application of tax provisions of the 2022 Finance Law. In the presence of Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxation and Estates, Alain Frédéric Kanga, Director of Regulation and Litigation and all Central Directors of the Tax Administration.

From the Directorate General of Customs and Indirect Rights to the Directorate General of National Financial Institutions (DGIFN), through the Directorate General of the Treasury and Public Accounting, the Directorate General of Public Procurement Control (DGCMP), the Directorate General of Public Portfolio (DGPP) the Directorate General of Service Revenues and Portfolio (DGRSP), and the Directorate General of Money and External Financial Relations (DGMRFE), the handover and installation of new Heads of IT services took place simultaneously in the premises of each Directorate on Thursday 14 April 2022 in Brazzaville. In the presence of the Advisors of the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, and the Directors. 

The Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger Andely, representing the Congolese Government signed, on Friday 8 April 2022 in Brazzaville, A Memorandum of Understanding for the payment of the Congo's debt, owed to the companies SICOFOR and CONGO DEJIA WOOD, represented by the Chairman and CEO, Gong De XU.
