Under the patronage of the Director of cabinet of the Ministre of Finance and Budget, Government Commissioner to the National Order of Accounting Experts of Congo (ONEC), Henri Loundou, the “Management & Development” Circle and the “JPI” cabinet, are organizing in the Republic of Congo, a practical training seminar on: How to prepare and present annual financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Account, cash flows table (TFT) and Appendix notes.

Under the chairmanship of Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, assisted by his colleague, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka, Minister of Planning, Statistics and  Regional Integration, in the presence of Abbas Mahamat Tolli, Governor of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) and Michel Dzombala, National Director of BEAC, the National Monetary and Financial Committee held its first regular session, Monday 18 March 2019 in Brazzaville. 

The financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the situation of microfinance institutions were, inter alia, the items on the agenda of the first quarterly meeting of the National Credit Council of Congo, held on Monday 18 March 2019 in Brazzaville, under the auspices of Madame Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, representing her colleague of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo.

The Brazzaville Forum, which opened on Monday 11, ended on Friday 15 March 2019. Participants adopted a three-fold roadmap for the period 2019-2023, and appointed, for a two-year term, the new president of FOHBAC. It is the Congolese Nicolas Okandzi, Director General of Budget, represented by Théodor Assounga, his Director of Balance, who closed the work.

The "first contact" meeting  between the new Director General of taxes and state property/Congo-Brazzaville, Ludovic Itoua, and economic oparetors (local and foreign) took place Tuesday 12 March 2019 in the conference room of the AOGC building in Brazzaville.

The 8^thedition of the Forum of Senior Budget Officials of the Member States of the IMF's Technical Assistance Regional Centre for central Africa (Afritac centre) was opened Monday 11 March 2019 in Brazzaville, by Henri Loundou cabinet director, representing the the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo.

Ambassador Nagoum Yamassoum, chairman of the Central African Financial Market Surveillance Committee (COSUMAF) and former Prime Minister of Chad, was received in audience by the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, on Wednesday 6 March 2019, in Brazzaville.  

Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, received in audience, Tuesday 5 March 2019 in Brazzaville, the Deputy Director of Alliance de vaccin Gavi, Anuradha Gupta, on the occasion of the official launch of the National Immunization Campaign of children aged 9 months to 14 years.

The Government of the Republic of Congo, represented by the Minister of Hydrocarbons, Jean Marc Thystère Tchicaya, his colleague Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo and the Managing Director of the National Oil company of Congo (SNPC), Maixent Raoul Ominga, on the one hand, and the company Kosmos Energy, represented by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Andrew G. Inglis, on the other hand, signed the Production Sharing Agreement (CPP) on the oil field called "Bloc Marine XXI", located in deep sea, off Pointe-Noire.

As part of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership concluded between the Republic of Congo and the China People's Republic since 2016, the Minister of Finance and the Budget, Calixte Nganongo and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Chinese company West-african group, Hui Kouyin, signed thursday 28 February 2019 in Brazzaville, the Constituent Acts of the National Development Fund of Congo (FNDC).
